MBAN Centre for Professional Mortgage Development Membership
MBAN Centre for Professional Mortgage Development (MCPMOD) was established with the objective of creating an environment for continued existence of Primary Mortgage Institutions (PMIs) as profitable going-concerns, through continuous Human Capital Development. MCPMOD aims to be a leading centre of excellence for Education and Training in Mortgage Finance and related Issues. The Centre derives its expertise by drawing on years of experience of its Faculties in Mortgage Development in Nigeria and Strategic Collaboration/Partnership with National and International Mortgage Banking/Housing Finance Development Institutions. It is a veritable Resource Centre for setting the Standards for Professionalism in the Mortgage Banking/Housing Finance Sector in Nigeria.
The Scope of the Centre
Establishing cutting-edge proficiency across drivers of a profitable and sustainable Mortgage Enterprise is the Value Proposition of MCPMOC. The work of the Centre also involves promoting Professional Membership for all employees in the Sector, standardized professional education in collaboration with relevant professional agencies, Public Consultation, Research for Development, Community Projects and Materials Development for the Sector.
